Description
Sun Waylubes 1180 & 1190 are formulated to provide superior frictional characteristics for smooth operation of machine tool slideways. They are specially compounded to offer excellent EP protection, anti-wear and oxidation resistance. These oils can improve machining precision due to elimination of stick-slip and chatter of slideways.
Applications
For the lubrication of slideways on machine tools such as milling machines, planers, lathe paddles and shapers that ulilize slideways to control workpiece straight-line motion.
It can be applied by common appliance oilers or by central systems.
